No. Both plans are flat monthly prices with unlimited matters. There are no per-check charges added by ConveySure.
What does the demo-to-purchase path look like?
Start with a demonstration on a realistic matter, then evaluate against your own workflow. There is no self-serve card checkout — onboarding is set up with us so roles and settings are right from day one.
Is support included?
Yes, support is included on both plans. The Firm plan additionally includes dedicated onboarding.
Can we move from Professional to Firm later?
Yes. Plans differ by scale and configuration, not by data — upgrading enables the additional configuration on your existing workspace.
What about our existing matter data?
