Product overview

One workflow from client invitation to exchange-ready file.

ConveySure AML is not a set of disconnected checks. Every questionnaire answer, uploaded document, screening result and decision feeds a single matter record — so readiness is always visible and the audit file builds itself as work happens.

The full matter journey, in order.

Four phases carry a matter from first contact to a pre-exchange readiness decision. Each step below is a real stage in the product, not a marketing abstraction.

The same matter, four different working views.

Fee earner

Runs the matter day to day: reviews document findings, accepts or queries them, raises client questions and clears blockers before exchange.

MLRO

Sees only what needs judgement: a prioritised referral queue, the reasoning behind each escalation and decision controls that record conditions.

Admin

Configures the firm: users and roles, AML settings, risk appetite and templates — without touching individual matter decisions.

Client

Gets a guided portal, not compliance software: plain-language tasks, secure uploads and progress they can follow on a phone.

Readiness is calculated, not guessed.

A matter is ready when its controls are complete — not when the file feels finished. The readiness engine is deterministic: the same evidence state always produces the same answer, and a human confirms the conclusion before it counts.

  • Completed controls — identity, source of funds, screening and evidence checks that have been satisfied and recorded.
  • Blockers — unresolved findings, missing evidence or pending decisions that stop progression, each with a named reason.
  • Next actions — the specific step that unblocks the matter, assigned to the right role.
  • Human confirmation — readiness is surfaced by the system but signed off by a person.

Nothing lives in a side tool.

Questionnaire answers, bank-statement analysis, screening events, findings, client queries, MLRO decisions and generated reports all attach to the matter itself.

When an auditor asks a question, the answer is on the file — with who did what, and when.

Five layers, clearly separated.

Each layer has one job. Automation prepares work; people make decisions; everything is recorded.

Client portal

Secure invitations, questionnaires, uploads and plain-language tasks.

Matter workflow

Matter profiles, evidence requests, blockers and next actions per role.

Intelligence

Document extraction, funds calculation, cross-document checks and screening.

Governance

Human review, MLRO referrals, recorded decisions and conditions.

Reporting

File-ready reports, audit trails and evidence schedules built from the record.

Next: what happens after a document is uploaded?

The evidence workflow is where ConveySure does its heaviest lifting — extraction, findings and cross-document checks.
